Beginners Yoga
For beginners or students who want to re-learn the basics of yoga poses. The class consists of breath work, introduction into sun salutations and basic yoga poses along with relaxation. Beginner classes will help you grow confidence on the mat, get you to start tuning into your body and give you a taste of what yoga is about
The hardest part of the journey is always the beginning.
Don’t be afraid of being a beginner, you’ve got to be a beginner before you can be anything else!
Gentle Flow Yoga
Relaxing Yin & Meditation / Warm Yin🔥
Get ready to completely relax!!
Guiding you through mindfulness techniques designed to de-stress and calm down the mind whilst practicing yin yoga; a slow-paced style of yoga where you hold relaxing floor-based poses for 5-8 minutes. Warm Yin is practiced in a warm cosy environment (Suitable for complete Beginners)
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to build strength, stability, and confidence in their practice.
Classes move at a slower, more intentional pace, with poses held for longer to explore alignment, breath, and body awareness. Hatha yoga focuses on one posture at a time with slower transitions and more time spent in each shape. While accessible, some postures can feel strong, and a range of options and modifications are always offered.
This class is ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of traditional yoga asana and refine the foundations of their practice.
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to move mindfully and listen to your body.

Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice which uses breathing techniques, stretches, postures (both standing and moving) with mental focus. This optimises energy within the body, mind and spirit. It significantly improves fatigue and sleep quality. Transforming stress into vitality and giving you more energy to do the things you enjoy!
Anyone can join this class, no previous experience or fitness is required.
Pilates/ Morning Pilates
Pilates is a mind-body exercise method that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body, particularly the core, while also improving flexibility and body awareness.
With a calm, supportive approach these tailored sessions are designed to improve posture, balance, core strength and overall well-being. All whilst working at your pace and respecting your body's needs.
Beginners welcome, no previous experience required.
Blissful Nidra & Sound Healing (Gong Bath)
The ultimate in relaxation!!

The evening will begin with the ultimate relaxing full body scan of Yoga Nidra helping to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation promoting your body to heal and regenerate, followed by the mesmerizing sound vibrations of Bhanu's beautiful, healing gongs.
The gongs rich layer of overtones has a clearing effect on emotional issues which have been suppressed in the body, and the sound vibrations can break up negative and limiting thought patterns.
Your whole physical body is bathed in sound which allow aches and pains to often subside.
This evening will encourage full body relaxation with Yoga Nidra preparing your body for the healing powers of the gongs resulting in a powerful combination to deeply relax body and mind.
Yoga Wellness Days ~ At the studio

Suitable for Beginners!. Taking a whole day out for some "me time". These wellness days will enable you to slow down and reconnect to yourself. Taking the perfect opportunity to realign what's truly important; mind, body, breath and energy connection with some like minded souls.
What's included in this nourishing day retreat? A yoga flow suitable for all abilities, linking movement with breath to start the journey of reconnection. Uplifting Yoga talk, learning about energy and how to bring about more presence into your everyday life. Energising Qigong, encouraging the flow of stagnant energy throughout the body. Mindful guided meditation giving you a sense of peace and calm to benefit your emotional well-being. Relaxing Yin Yoga to promote space in the body and release emotional tension. Ending with the most nourishing Yoga Nidra for complete nervous system reset!
We guarantee you will leave feeling uplifted, nourished, refreshed and connected to your body in a deeper way. A delicious and nutritious vegetarian/vegan lunch is provided.
