Yin & Sound Healing (Gong Bath)

Upcoming 2022 dates:    31st July,   9th September,   23rd October

Join Helen and Bhanu as they take you on a magical journey through Yin & Sound healing. The evening will begin with a soothing Yin/Restorative Yoga practice, followed by the mesmerizing sound vibrations of Bhanu’s beautiful healing gongs.

Yin is a beautiful slow paced yoga practice where floor-based poses are held for long periods of time. This helps to gently stretch the body and release tension, deeply relaxing not only your body but also your mind. It is the perfect way to prepare you for whats to come….

The gong bath has a clearing effect on the body by promoting the flow of prana through the pranic pathways (nadis). The sound vibrations not only help to break up negative and limiting though patterns but often help to clear emotional issues which have been supressed, often allowing aches and pains to subside.

The evening will create much needed space and relaxation in the body with Yin followed by the healing powers of the gongs resulting in a powerful combination to deeply relax and heal body and mind.

Yin & Gin

Upcoming 2022 dates:    12th August,   11th November

Join us for a ‘Yin & Gin’ Yoga session to ensure you leave feeling truly refreshed and relaxed!
‘Yin & Gin' combines two fantastic ways to unwind. Yin yoga is a restorative practice that teaches us how to slow down, release tension in the body and mind, and deeply relax, you will be doing this whilst sipping on your favourite G&T to aid the relaxation so you can achieve the maximum benefits of the Yin Yoga practice.
This event will be a fun experience, but also a deeply nourishing practice that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You will leave feeling balanced, refreshed and restored.

This event is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis (No previous Yoga experience required).

Don’t like Gin, don’t worry we have other options available, just ask 😉
