B-Yoga prides itself in being an incredibly welcoming and friendly environment. We believe in making everyone feel at ease the minute you walk through the door, because we know just how intimidating that first Yoga class can be!

Helen (owner and founder of B-Yoga Studio) first started teaching Yoga in community halls and other venues across North Wales back in 2015. By 2019 she decided to open her own Yoga studio, and since then has faced many challenges with multiple lockdowns over the years. However, B-Yoga studio has overcome these challenges and now continues to grow in strength year on year with our most recent addition in January 2024, a dedicated Hot Yoga Studio! We are committed to ensure we continue to provide a dedicated Yoga & Hot Yoga studio in North Wales so students can maintain their Yoga practice.

So why practice at B-Yoga studio?

Firstly our studio is the perfect picturesque environment for you to completely submerge yourself in your practice. Our main Yoga Studio space spans the entire attic of the building ensuring there is plenty of room for you to move around on your mat.

Most of our students are beginners or new to Yoga and have only ever practiced at our studio, therefore we have lots of beginner friendly classes on the timetable. However, we also have more advanced classes if you aren't new to Yoga and want to progress your practice to the next level. Our Hot Yoga Studio has a mix of hot flows and warm yin classes so you can either work up a sweat or relax in a warm cosy yin class.

Our environment is so welcoming and friendly, there is absolutely no judgement or expectation from anyone in the studio; teachers or students, new or old, which means we have created the perfect community for you to become a part of. And there is no requirement for you to touch your toes or stand on your head in order for you to start attending our classes 😉

We also hold social events outside of the studio throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to get to know your fellow students better and become a part of our community.

Whether you want to start Yoga because of a back issue or have an injury/condition, want to improve your posture or gain more strength and flexibility, want to learn how to relax and de-stress your mind, or want to burn calories and advance your flexibility in the heat, there will be a class to suit you and your needs!

    I love B yoga, walking in here, you feel you are walking into a city yoga studio. It is beautiful, immaculate and peaceful. Helen and Ceri are the main teachers and immediately put you at ease. They know their craft for sure! The people who go there are so friendly. Some dress in full yogi wear, but others just dress in t shirt and jogging bottoms. You never feel out of place no matter what your ability. The range of styles and classes means there is something for everyone. I am so glad to have this facility on my doorstep.

    So glad I found this place - Helen (teacher) is fantastic and everyone I have met have been lovely too. It doesn't matter what level you are at (I am a total beginner and don't feel out of place!), and you are encouraged to go at your own pace if you need, with no pressure. The location is great and the studio very relaxing. There are often offers on and I have just purchased the 10-class pass and looking forward to putting them to good use.

    A haven of tranquillity with a great range of classes to meet every skill level and personal need. The 2 week initial pass which gives you access to trying any class is a huge bonus and really helped me decide which classes I wanted to access, along with the informative, friendly emails (should you choose to be on the mailing list). Whether you are a regular attendee (which also gains you economic benefits if you buy chunks of session passes at discounted prices) or just fancy dropping in for a one off session you are greeted with a friendly face and can immediately relax into this safe space.

    I’m 59 and always wanted to try yoga but was scared I’d be in a class with ‘seasoned yogi’s’ and feel out of my depth. Not here! I’m totally addicted and I’m much more agile, no more stiffness, aches and pains either. Everyone is so friendly and the studio is so relaxing and pretty with all the sparkly fairy lights. Oh and my blood pressure has dropped to a healthy level too!

    As a very inflexible and larger individual, I was a little wary of signing up to try and do some yoga. I am really glad I did! Yoga studio staff couldn’t have been more encouraging and supportive that their values are that yoga can be for everyone. I signed up for the beginners class and it was a gentle pace with some history of yoga and it’s philosophy during the sessions. It helped my confidence in seeing yoga, not as this activity that is reserved for the super bendy people, but for everyone to get benefit from. Even me! I’ve carried on with my wobbly, almost comical version of yoga and dare I say, can even see improvements in my practice! I can’t recommend B-Yoga Studio enough if you’re a nervous, tight hamstringed individual, as I was.

    Beautiful, spacious studio which is always clean and serene. Friendly, knowledgeable yoga teachers and an interesting, varied timetable of classes- most are suitable for beginners. Pluck up the courage and go to your first class, you won’t regret it!

    Great space in which to practice. Understanding and professional yoga teachers cater for all levels. Great group of people in the lessons too. We'll worth attending beginners classes if you have never tried yoga.

    I have been practicing at this beautiful studio for a few years , I go as often as I can , every class and teacher is different and special in their own way .
    I find myself quite emotional when I’m doing my yoga as I relax and I push myself at the same time , I do what my body can do , the teachers say accept what you can do and I now am happy with that instead of pushing it and being in pain later .I feel like I’m home when I walk through the door , the surroundings are peaceful and the atmosphere is calming , the people who go are lovely , and it makes me happy to be there .     Going to B Yoga is the most wonderful experience. As soon as you enter the studio you are made to feel like part of a family. I’ve been to one of the workshops as well as weekly classes. You come out of the studio so relaxed and ready to face the rest of the week. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do a lot of the poses but you just do what’s right for you. Amazing ladies and lovely studio.

    I absolutely love this yoga studio! I learnt online with Helen and Ceri during lockdown and their classes were absolutely essential for good physical and mental health. I only visit Rhyl in the school holidays, but take every opportunity to attend classes. The studio is a calm and beautiful environment and the teachers are kind, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.
